“HRD獎(jiǎng)”這場(chǎng)大賽是由HRD安特衛(wèi)普組織，由上海鉆石交易所合辦，由金伯利鉆石贊助，中國(guó)寶石和珠寶貿(mào)易協(xié)會(huì)支持的。

The HRD Awards 2011 competition aims to foster creative talent, extends the limits of modern diamond jewellery and translates avant-garde ideas and exclusive creations into trendsetting jewels.

The HRD Awards have proven to be a valuable stepping stone for young designers on their way to successful careers in the jewellery world.

The HRD Awards 2011 collection travels around the globe, which can be admired at major trade shows and diamond related events worldwide.

The theme of the 2011 competition, “You and Me” inspired designers from around the globe (54 countries). Ajury ofindustry experts selected 29 designs, out of a record number of 1,396 entries. These 29 finalists were then invited to create their jewellery item. Diamond and jewellery companies agreed to support this project by providing the diamonds and precious materials for these jewels.

A jury of international fame selected the five winning diamond jewels. These will remain top secret, until December 11, when they will be unveiled during a gala event in the Shangri-La hotel in Shanghai. The winner will be awarded with a cash prize of 10.000 US $, the other four finalists will obtain 2500 US $ each.

2011“HRD獎(jiǎng)”的比賽目的是為了培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造性的人才，擴(kuò)展現(xiàn)代鉆石首飾的限制，并將前衛(wèi)的思想和獨(dú)特的創(chuàng)作轉(zhuǎn)換到潮流珠寶中。

珠寶界中，“HRD獎(jiǎng)”已被認(rèn)定為年輕設(shè)計(jì)師通往成功道路的有價(jià)值的進(jìn)階石。

2011“HRD獎(jiǎng)”搜集了來(lái)自全球各地的資源，在主要的貿(mào)易展覽和鉆石相關(guān)的全球事件中這些資源得到他人的賞識(shí)。

2011年大賽的主題——“你和我”，其靈感來(lái)自于世界各地54個(gè)國(guó)家的設(shè)計(jì)師。行業(yè)專家組成的陪審團(tuán)選出了29個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)，得出1396項(xiàng)紀(jì)錄編號(hào)。這29位入圍選手被邀請(qǐng)來(lái)創(chuàng)建自己的珠寶項(xiàng)目。鉆石和珠寶公司同意為該項(xiàng)目提供鉆石和珍貴材料以表支持。

國(guó)際知名陪審團(tuán)選出了五個(gè)獲勝的鉆石珠寶，這些將會(huì)作為最高機(jī)密保留至12月11日，屆時(shí)這場(chǎng)盛會(huì)將會(huì)在上海香格里拉酒店揭幕。獲勝者將會(huì)獲得一萬(wàn)美元的現(xiàn)金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，其他四個(gè)入圍決賽的選手每人將會(huì)獲得2500美元的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
